PACKAGING

The quality of the items I sell is very important to me; as a collector, I know how crucial it is that Lego sets / parts are protected during transit.  To this end, I always ensure items are suitably packaged, with the aim of them reaching their destination in the same condition that they were sent.

The nature and extent of packaging depends on the type and quantity of the items purchased.  In general:

Outer package:

• Padded envelopes are used wherever possible (although for small orders or parts / loose Minifigures, I tend to place them in grip-seal bags, then they are wrapped in bubble-wrap, before being tucked in a normal envelope)

Within each package (for extra peace of mind):

• Polybags and Collectable Minifigures are grouped together and placed in sturdy plastic bags
• Loose parts / individual Minifigures are placed in small grip-seal bags

Large quantities / boxed sets:

• Sets are packed safely in sturdy cardboard boxes, along with bubble-wrap and / or polystyrene beads for maximum protection

DELIVERY COSTS

I always try to charge postage as close to "at cost" as possible, plus a nominal amount for admin / packaging etc. so you can always be sure you're paying a fair price to have your Lego delivered.

UK Buyers

• I reserve the right to insist on "Recorded Delivery" for higher-value orders, to protect both buyer and seller (as a rule of thumb, orders under £20 are probably fine, orders higher than this should really consider recorded)

International Buyers

• I reserve the right to insist on "Recorded Delivery" for higher-value orders, to protect both buyer and seller (this depends on your destination country and the value of the order)
